Stuffed Mirchi vada is very popular street food of Indian state, Rajasthan. Mirchi vada is made of green peppers stuffed with spicy potato stuffing, coated with gram flour and deep fried. It is generally served with Green coriander chutney, tamarind chutney or ketch-up.

You will need large size green peppers to make this vada. I used bhavnagari chillies in this recipe. It is large and not so spicy. You can also use jalapeno peppers in this recipe.

This is best evening snack in monsoon season with tea or coffee.
