Upama with Tomato rasam (South Indian Breakfast made with semolina)
Upama is very popular South Indian breakfast. It is made with semolina and some spices. Making upama does not take much time and can be done in 10 to 15 minutes. Upama is not only testy but healthy breakfast to start your day or at evening with tea/coffee.
Today I am making upama with tomato rasam. Generally, it served with coconut chutney but we love to eat upama with rasam in our dinner. This combination is very delicious and fulfilling. My tomato rasam recipe is not traditional and it dose not required rasam powder. Its simple yet very testy recipe.
