Veg Pizza

nceĀ  you tried this homemade pizza recipe, you will love it more then store bought pizza.You will taste everything fresh in homemade pizza as compare to store bought one.

This is my tried and tasted recipe which you can enjoy with your family and friends.I used whole wheat pizza base for this recipe as it is more healthy. Now you will able to make great pizzas with the choice of your toppings at home.

Veg Pizza (step by step with photos)

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes | Cooking Time: 25 Minutes | Total Time: 40 Minutes

Serves: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

For Pizza Sauce

2 medium size Tomatoes finely chopped

1 Green bell pepper finely chopped

1 teaspoon Garlic chopped

1 teaspoon Green chilly and ginger chopped

1 small Onion finely chopped

1 tablespoon Oregano

1 teaspoon Basil

1 teaspoon Red chilly powder

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

2 tablespoon Tomato Ketch up

2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Salt to taste

For Pizza Toppings

1 cup Corn cereal

1/2 cup Green bell pepperĀ  finely chopped

1/2 cup Red bell pepper finely chopped

1/2 cup Yellow bell pepper finely chopped

2 tablespoon Pizza Seasoning

4 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese grated

4 tablespoon Cooking cheese grated

For Pizza

4 Whole wheat Pizza Base

 

1) Par boil all three bell peppers and corn in vessel. Drain excess water from them and keep aside.

2) Now for pizza sauce heat olive oil in a pan.

3) Add ginger and green chilly and saute for few seconds. Then add garlic in that and saute.

4) When garlic become brown add onion and saute till onion become soft.

5) Now add capsicum and let it simmer for 1 minute.

6) Now add tomatoes and let it simmer for few minutes.

7) Then add all seasoning and tomato ketch up in that and mix well. Turn off the flame and let it cool for some time.

8) Take tomato mixture in grinder jar and grind it to a fine sauce.

9) Now apply little bit olive oil on wheat pizza base.

10) Then apply pizza sauce on it . Add topping on it.

11) Now add cheese on it and sprinkle some pizza seasoning on it.

12) Bake pizza on 250 c. for 10 to 15 minutes in preheated oven.

13) Enjoy your pizza with tomato ketch up.
